Saturday Seminar Series: Fall 2012

Check back this summer for information on the topics we'll present in our fall seminars. Past topics that were of interest to clients, their loved ones, and clinicians in the community included: the role of medication-assisted treatment in recovery; repairing self-esteem and building healthy relationships; managing stress and anger; and developing a sober social life.

Each seminar will run from 10:30 am to 12 noon and will include ample discussion time. The fee is $15 per session or $40 for all four if pre-paid. To register, fill out the contact form here, specifying which seminar(s) you would like to attend and what method of payment you are using.

If you are paying by check, print the form before hitting Submit and send it by mail with your check (payable to Jane Finch/Changes By Choice).

To pay by credit card, submit your completed contact form via the website, then return to this page and click the Pay Now button below. To pay by credit card over the phone, call and leave a message including your telephone number for Jane Finch at 919-416-4800 ext. 2.

Check-in for each program will begin at 10:00 am. Certificates for 1.5 contact hours of continuing education can be provided upon request.
